29 Fair Street - Rates

Quotes are per room or cottage and do not include state and local taxes. Minimum stays apply during certain times. Special Holiday rates apply. Prepayment is required and there are cancellation penalties.

Rates are based on double occupancy per bedroom. There is a $50 charge for an additional guest in a room. Rates are subject to change without notice. All rates subject to 9.7% room tax.

Check in time is 3 p.m. Check out time is 11 a.m.

Advance Deposit Policy: For stays of one-to-seven nights a four-night deposit is required. For longer stays a 50% deposit is required to secure the reservation and the balance is payable upon arrival. Reservations made less than 30 days before arrival require a 100% deposit.

Refund Policy: 30-day advance notice of cancellation is required for refund of deposit unless we are able to rebook the entire space for the entire period reserved. The guest is responsible for payment of all nights reserved regardless of the guest's actual arrival or departure date. There is a charge of 10% of the deposit for processing all refunds.
